I really wish this weekend could have gone...
Thursday-Sunday was fantastic. Snowboarding all weekend with a few good friends. Then come Sunday I headed back down, and to my boyfriends house. We hit a rave with a bunch of great buddies. The line was retarded. Security was so shitty and eventually at 2:30 the rave got shut down. After all they promises of no shut down, they did it. FUCK THE POLICE. so we change venues and rage on….. come...
so great to be back on the mountain

I think a lot of times people are looking for fellow peers to answer their questions, though you should always double check with google or better a doctor/fitness instructor, i think that people are looking for motivation...

On Running & Asthma....
Hi, I’m Shay, and I’m an Asthmatic Runner.
Today was particularly bad. Some days its nuts, I can just run and run and run, no pressure on the lungs, other days I cough and cough and cough. Today was a coughing day. UGH. I finished my run (2.5 miles) but it was not an easy victory. If you have asthma how do you deal with running?
